Sonner Live in Sunderland

Sonner formed in 2007 out of the grit forged from the redundant coalfields of Co Durham and Sunderland. After performing extensively throughout the country in a 5 year period, which saw various EP and single releases, Sonner called it a day in 2012.

13 years later, in 2025, armed with a new bass player, an arsenal of new songs and an improved craft – a reunion was whispered.

In a year where reunion has loomed large in the media, there’s a sense that there is an appetite, perhaps more than ever, for guitars, melody and chorus. Watch this space….
